Directions
① Heat oil and stir-fry minced garlic, ginger and red curry paste.
②Add brassica chinesis, onions, sweet potatoes, and chicken broth. Boil until the sweet potatoes are tender.
③Add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, and brassica chinensis.
④Soak the vermicelli in water until soft.
⑤Simmer pomelo sauce and water.
⑥ Drain the vermicelli and place it in a bowl. Pour the cooked Thai curry soup over the vermicelli.
