【好吃食譜😋】日式什錦蔬菜炊飯

需要材料:
👉多穀鮮蔬飯1杯(130g)
👉白米 半杯(75g)
👉毛豆 50g
👉紅蘿蔔 35g
👉玉米筍 50g
👉花椰菜 45g
👉高湯 300ml
👉沙拉油1大匙

 

👨‍🍳步驟:
1.多穀鮮蔬飯1杯&白米半杯洗乾淨後瀝乾放入電子鍋中
2.電子鍋中放入高湯300ml、沙拉油1大匙
3.將紅蘿蔔、玉米筍、花椰菜洗乾淨後切丁
4.將切丁後的蔬菜、毛豆放入電子鍋中
5.電子鍋用白米模式進行蒸煮,時長約40分
6.蒸煮完畢後,即可食用
