④Skewer the chicken pieces and grill at 260 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes

⑤Stir-fry onions, garlic, Indian spices, cumin, ginger, turmeric, and paprika

Directions

①Heat oil and stir-fry minced garlic, ginger and red curry paste

②Add brassica chinensis stems, onions, sweet potatoes, and chicken broth. Boil until the sweet potatoes are tender

③Add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, and brassica chinensis leave

④Soak the vermicelli in water until soft

⑤Simmer pomelo sauce and water
