Fa Cai cake (Fortune cake)

Ingredients

-Sunright steamed cake 100g

-Milk or water 750g

-Mixed nuts 

-Cooked sweet potato

-Longan

-White sesame

 

Directions

① Pour the milk into steamed cake flour and mix well. Divide the mixture into four equal portions

② Nut steamed cakes: Add nuts to one portion of the mixture and mix well

③ Sweet potato steamed cakes: Add sweet potatoes to another portion of the mixture and mix well

④ Brown sugar steamed cakes: Add brown sugar to another portion of the mixture and mix well Sprinkle white sesame on top.

⑤ Add dried longan to the remaining portion of the mixture and mix well. Divide the dried longan mixture into individual portions

⑥ Place the divided mixtures into a steamer and add 1.5 cups of water. Steam until cooked

 

Red Bean Sticky Cake (Red Bean New Year Cake)

Deep-fried crispy rice cakes, covered with peanut powder, chewy texture and big red beans is the taste of happiness for New Year's Eve!

Ingredients

-Sunright glutinous rice flour 600g

-Water  540g

-Sugar 170g

-Salt  1/8 teaspoon

-Sunright peanut powder

-Red beans  300g

-Water  1.5 cups

-Sugar  100g

-Salt  1/2 teaspoon 

 

Directions

① Soak the red beans for two hours and then cook them until soft

② Add sugar to the cooked red beans to make sweetened red beans.Set aside

③  Add hot water to sugar and mix well

④ Add sunright glutinous rice flour and stir well

⑤ Add the sweetened red beans to the mixture from step 4 and mix well

⑥ Pour the mixture into a mold and place it in a steamer or electric cooker to steam

⑦ Cut into pieces and cover with sunrightpeanut powder

 

Red Bean Snow Pudding

Ingredients

-Milk 500ml

-Sunright cornstarch 70g

-Fine granulated sugar 60g

-Sweetened red beans 50g

-Sunright coconut powder

 

Directions

①Prepare milk,cornstarch, and fine sugar. Heat the mixture over low heat and stir continuously

②Continue cooking the mixture over low heat until it thickens and reaches a creamy consistency

③Add the sweetened red beans to the mixture and stir-fry together

④Stay the mixture to cool and then transfer it to the refrigerator for chilling

⑤ After chilling, cut the mixture into desired shapes and sprinkle with coconut powder

⑥Arrange the dessert on a serving plate and it is ready to be served

Ingredients

-Sunright glutinous rice powder 200g

-Sunright cornstarch 60g 

-Amount of Sunright honey 

-Fine granulated sugar 20g

-Hot water

-Red bean paste

 

Directions

①Stir the sugar into the hot water until the sugar melts and set aside

②Mix up glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, and the prepared sugar water to form a dough

③Take small pieces of the dough and wrap them around sweet red bean paste

④coat the dough with glutinous rice flour

⑤Use a mold to create patterns on the dough and steam for 8-10 minutes

⑥After steaming,remove from the steamer and drizzle with honey before serving

 

Brown Sugar Cake

With a warm and moist texture, it remains chewy even when it cools down. The rich brown sugar flavor can be added as much as you want.

Ingredients

-Sunright steamed cake 200g

-Sunright Brown sugar 120g

-Sunright All-Purpose Flour 30g

-Sunright white sesame

-5 Egg 

-Oil 130g

-Water 50g

 

Directions

① Dissolve Brown Sugar in water by stirring until fully melted

② Sift All-Purpose Flour and steamed cake powder

③ Add eggs, oil, and water to the mixture. Stir well

④ Gradually pour in the brown sugar water while continuously stirring

⑤ Pour the mixture into a mold and steam over medium heat for 25 minutes

⑥After Steamed, sprinkled with white sesame, cut into appropriate size and served

Sunright Ten-Grain Zongzi

Ingredients

-2 cups of sunright mixed grains
-2 cups of long glutinous rice
-2 spoons of garlic paste
-2 tablespoons of grated ginger
-1 tbsp of sakura shrimp
-150g of minced pork
-1 spoon of marinade
-1 tbsp soy sauce paste
-1 tbsp of pepper salt
-A little monosodium glutamate
-2 bowls of water
-Amount of Sunright shallot Piece
-Amount of Sunright sesame oil
-Amount of shiitake mushroom
-Amount of egg yolk
-Amount of dried radish
-Amount of chestnuts
-Amount of pork belly

 

Directions

①Stir-fry minced ginger, garlic paste, cherry shrimp in sesame oil

②Add minced pork, marinade, soy sauce paste, pepper salt, MSG,scallion crisp and stir-fry

③Add  mixed grains, glutinous rice and water and steam for 40minutes until soft

④Wrap the zongzi with the grain rice and other ingredients in a zongzi leaf

⑤ Tie the wrapped Zongzi into bunches
